If you are paranoid about having your passwords stored in the cloud, then this is a product you should take a good look at. I still highly recommend Sticky Password Manager. There is a template to store this information as a secure memo. That allows your payment information to be autofilled. I also recently found that your credit card information is stored under your identities, which I didn't realize before. It does have a UI that is a bit dated, but this is only a minor inconvenience. I found it is just best to create the app account on your mobile device and then link it to the web account from your PC or main device. It can be a bit clunky to link accounts from an Android device which has an app with the same login as a web account, but it can be done easily. Others have mentioned issues that have since been fixed, but it stores web and app usernames/passwords. I decided to go for the lifetime subscription and I'm glad I did. This is my first experience for personal use, but it was either this or BitWarden. Password managers are a must-have tool in 2023 and beyond. I've been test driving this password manager out for a over a month now and feel I've found all of the useful settings and quirks.
